Nick has been an avid race fan for all of his life. He has spent every Saturday night in the stands of Pennsylvania
Motor Speedway since about the age of 1. Thanks to his Mom and Dad, he grew up with a deep-seated love of dirt track racing,
and knew from an early age that he wanted to drive his own racecar one day. In July of 2002, that dream became a reality,
as the #10 Pure Stock hit the track for the first time with Nick behind the wheel. It was a short-lived stay, thanks to a
transmission line failure that cause the team to call it a night before the end of their first heat race, but that was all
that it took to add fuel to a fire that was already burning strong.
Nick spent that the rest of that 2002 season splitting time in the driver seat with long-time friend and co-founder Mark
Rozum. When 2003 rolled around, Nick became the sole pilot of the #10 Monte Carlo, and began his first full season behind
the wheel. After the end if the 2005 season, Nick has 19 total top ten feature race finishes to his credit, 5 top fives,
and score his first feature win on May 7, 2005. He enters his fourth full season of competition in the ultra-competitive
PPMS pure stock class, looking to improve upon his career high points finish of 9th in 2005.
Nick would like to thank many people for making this dream become a reality: his family, Mom, Dad, and Ryan - for all
the support and the constant hard work that it takes to keep me (and the crew) running; the ever so dedicated crew - Tex,
LB, Mark, Farmer, and Doug; his family and friends who are up in the stands every single week - Pap, Grandma, Kristin,
Leanne, Jon, Kristin, Roger, Amy, and Renee; all of our friends at the racetrack who are more than willing to answer our
questions and have given us advice over the years, and the Javarones, who came on as an original sponsor, before there was
really a car to put their name on, and have been with the team for all 5 years.
